All 6 axes on the GP7 have been increased up to 39%, surpassing other robots in its class. It also has maximum reduction of acceleration/deceleration times for all robot positions.

The Motoman GP7 is a compact, slim design robot that offers a small footprint offering minimum installation space. The GP7 design has a reduced interference design, with a reduced s-axis (axis 1) interference radius of only 140 mm, that also enables close placement of robots. Despite the small size, the GP7 brings an expansive work envelope with its 927 mm reach as well as versatile mounting options (floor, ceiling, and wall) providing your application ultimate flexibility.

The GP7 has a wrist structure with great environment resistance; it can also reach deep into the work space while also being easily placed next to other robots, providing a space and efficient solution. It's surface that is IP67 rated, easy to clean, and ready for use in harsh environments.

Installation, set-up, and maintenance are also a breeze as there is only one cable needed to connect the manipulator and controller. There is also a data saving feature that enables the replacement of wiring harness without connecting a battery. The Motoman GP7 is paired with the YRC1000 controller.
